The text alert popups are great, but we should be able to write our response from that popup and send the reply.
Also - When you click the customer's name in the pop up - it should relocate to that lead at the very least. To open up into promaxmobile is just another lack of pro.
being able to respond quickly from the same screen would save a lot of time especially when communicating with multiple customers at once.
We want something to where it doesn't bring up another screen, just when it pops up on your current screen you can reply instantly not go to another browser.
All you do is click the customers hyperlinked name and it should open up in internet browser as a customer work screen.
You can do this. Simply click on the hyperlink and respond from the mobile version that opens up in another browser. If you don't have a browser opening up, maybe your trusted sites need tweaking :).
