Both Teams and Departments are created within promax.
The lead delivery settings allow leads to be assigned to a specific Department, like Special Finance.
The user settings only allow for access/viewing privileges based on Dealer or Team.
If the lead is assigned to a Department, why can't there be Access or Viewing based on that Department?
Currently, we are trying to figure out how to separate access for the retail sales dept vs special finance. We do not want to see their leads (or vice versa) but we want to be able to search for them occasionally.
I feel that Teams should be a sub-category of Departments. Example SALES -> Team A,
And add to that the ability to create schedules based on what Team the person is assigned, rather than having to custom program individually.
