It would be great if there was a "refresh button" on the customer work screen, currently the only way to update ICC SMS/EMAILS in the notes is to back out and then click back in

Development has been scheduled to add a Refresh button to the top of the Notes section.

Adding a refresh button above the list of notes is a great Idea. I would even be satisfied if one was added to the very top of the screen somewhere beside the log out x, email icon, etc is at.

Absolutely need to be a better way then clicking out and back into a customer screen, even using schedule activity and back out. Paying for a product I shouldn't have to do that.
Click Schedule Activity, then hit cancel, and it'll refresh the screen
