Schedule Activity Date Field

Leaving the field for the Schedule Activity date blank (whether that be an appointment, phone call, email reminder date). When you click "Save" the system prompts you to load a date in the field. There are a lot of times that the appointment defaults to the same day and there is no reminder to double check the date which then causes mistakes and miscommunications to happen. At the end of the day, having the wrong date in that schedule activity field might cause a bad experience for the customer.
