The ability to see, track, and review all open tickets open for our dealerships would be helpful. As it stands we have numerous tickets open with no way to see these at the moment.
Will the dealer facing forum allow dealers to see or track the internal tickets created by our DSS?
This site will be used as the dealer-facing activity tracking for specific requested issues. We're also working on another site for hosting dealer-facing message forums for more interaction between users and staff.
