Text reply from pop up

It would be so helpful to be able to reply to a text as soon as you get the pop up instead of while you are in the middle of something else.

    Admin Response

    There are some SMS options for each user in the Admin section of ProMax.  You can receive text notifications right on your cell phone and there's a link to quickly respond to it.  This is newer functionality than the popup message within ProMax.  But even the popup message should have a link that you can respond to the customer's message as soon as you get the popup.

    I think the idea is to be able respond right in the popup box.  The current way just opens a Promax mobile tab on the browser, which takes the user away from their current screen that they are in the middle of working on.

    I suggest BDC departments get two computer monitores/screens that way this is much easier to manage. Two screens makes a world of difference when working with ProMax

    A link is not enough...a box to type the message, and a button to reply without opening up another program/window is what I was going for.

    I agree with OP. The box, once closed, is gone forever unless you go back into your SMS reports or another report to find it. As a BDR, the fact that you either have to open a new screen or close it to do anything else in the CRM is frustrating. Being able to reply would prevent any forgotten messages.
