It would be so helpful to be able to reply to a text as soon as you get the pop up instead of while you are in the middle of something else.
There are some SMS options for each user in the Admin section of ProMax. You can receive text notifications right on your cell phone and there's a link to quickly respond to it. This is newer functionality than the popup message within ProMax. But even the popup message should have a link that you can respond to the customer's message as soon as you get the popup.
