Customer has opted out of Texting - Need indicator for sending Text from Daily Work Plan

It is not always easy to see they "Opted out of Text" line in the notes, if notes have run way past that point, when sending TEXTS from the Work Plan.  In the header of that window "Compose Message" there needs to be a RED X check box to indicate they have opted out.  A None-Red unchecked box would indicated they are still open to receiving text messages.  This would help prevent sending texts when the customer has opted out but we can't see that from here.
