Allow STATUS to drive the "log" that a lead goes to

One of the more time consuming things is to try to make sure that the leads are in the correct log - either for the salespeople, or managers, or for future contact.  Would be nice to be able to identify what STATUSes belong in what LOGs and then once the status is set - have the customer automatically go to the pre-identified log for that status.  Probably would have to run off of STATUS and SALESPERSON.  Thereby, making an ACTIVE log and an INACTIVE log for salespeople - with perhaps a way to overwrite the protocol on a one-to-one basis as needed.
