UPDATE CONTACT ON COMPLETED CALL OR OPEN EMAIL OR A TEXT BACK

WHEN I PULL BDC MANAGEMENT REPORT IT TELLS ME THAT 100% OF THE CUSTOMERS WERE CONTACTED , BUT THE APPOINTMENT SET RATIO IS MUCH LOWER. THIS WOULD HELP TO IDENTIFY WHICH LEAD SOURCE HAS LOWER % OF BAD EMAILS OR PHONE NUMBERSĀ
