Ability to mark a lead 'Hot" that would place those prospects in a sub-catagorie.

This allows the user to better sort their prospects, reducing the need to open the workscreen to remember the customer. We get many, many inquiries and they start to run together when viewing the daily work plan. I often find myself opening the workplan for each prospect only to remember that I've already made a determination and no further action is required. There a many redundancies to this processs. At the very least, it would be nice to display the vehicle of interest along with the basic customer info in the daily work plan. That would help reduce jog the memory and reduce clicks. Maybe that is for a separate suggestion but I came from a dealer that used VinSolutions and I found those features very useful.
