Only Management and original creator of lead can change name, telephone number, contact information

To avoid vengeful coworkers from accessing customers from another employee only managers and the original sales employee should be able to edit contact information, name, any thing pertaining to customer.

    I think anybody should be able to change it, but it's listed as an activity in the file every time customer information is changed. So if a number DOES change, we see who did it, and when.

    You can change what sales persons are able to do in the User Access section. You can make it so sales persons can only view unless they are the one who 'owns' the client.

    I agree with the guest comment that any changes should be listed in the activity in the file so that we can look back at any phone number, name spelling, or email changes, etc.
