Add Customer Preferred Contact to Customer Workscreen

So when we contact previous delivered customers or customers in general if they tell us to only text we can check it off instead of repeatedly calling them.

    Preferred contact method is available on the Customer Workscreen, but it is a little difficult to find.  On the left side of the Workscreen, to the right of "Best Time", there is an unlabeled drop down for setting the preferred contact method.
