If you are bouncing around responding to several different customer emails, texts etc., this would make it easier than having to go the recall screen to recall a customer you just corresponded with.
I've been wanting to do this for a while... you've got my vote!
Being able to use multi screens or tabs at once would be great!
Something in place for a very long time which mimics this is the config choice "Move prospect to top of log when prospects information changes" then you use the prospect log browse to view last customers that you accessed. I still think a toolbar button which has a drop down to quickly navigate to a recently accessed customer makes sense, but you could use this config choice as a work around for now.
News flash! I use Promax for my searches and then open MULTIPLE Promax Mobile screens as needed. You can access all new leads, and there are just a few limitations so I may notate what I need to do later. For example, you can update 'Customer Status' Bad/Unsubscribe but not the 'Lead Status." It was a new world when I discovered this. :)
This can maybe be implemented in the recall screen next to start search and merge prospects option to have last searched there as well
We've added a Recent Customers icon in the ProMax header. Clicking this icon will give you a dropdown of the 10 most recent customers you've viewed, regardless of what context you viewed them in (e.g. in a Deal, on their Customer Workscreen, etc.)
You won't be notified about changes to this idea.
