Allow agent to change an appointment time within the same day without creating a new appointment. Currently if a client changes their appointment within the same day - running a little late or even coming early - the appointment must be completely rescheduled. As a result, appointment times are left as the initial time to keep the amount of 'rescheduled' appointments down. This can create issues when following the VIP appointment log on busier days - especially when a dealership uses the log regularly. It would be beneficial to be able to modify the timing of a current day appointment in these cases.
