    As of the version posted yesterday, whenever your Print or Email a proposal, a snapshot is created and stored within the customer notes.  There is a new PDF icon in the workscreen proposal note which can be viewed within the main ProMax client on Windows and within the ProMax Mobile browser based client from any device/platform.  You should be able to create a proposal, print/email it, and the salesrep can now pick it up and view it on the mobile workscreen note while out on the lot, or anywhere else. 

    Note: there is a new user permission required to be enabled for the sales rep in order to view the proposal.  In user admin "Can View PDF Proposals" is a new option which needs to be selected.
