Show if email had attachment from customer workscreen history

From the workscreen notes view, you can see the subject of emails, but when you are looking for emails that had an attachment, it is a huge pain if there are several with the same subject. Often we are looking for a pay stub, or something like that, but cannot find it without several clicks. Just a little attachment icon on the side would make it easier.

Additionally, it would be nice to expand the note entry made by the email and see the customer email text...or at least the beginning of it so that you can see the content of the message before opening a new window.
